The unit forms part of a modern business centre which was refurbished and configured to a high standard in the late 2000s. The unit has a pitched roof with translucent light panels, painted concrete floor, double glazed windows and 3m high roller shutter door. The unit also has multiple WCs, a kitchenette and benefits from a minimum eaves height of 3.5 metres.Three car spaces are allocated with the unit with space to park an addition two vehicles in front of the unit.Please note: no automotive uses will be considered.
