Steven has been in the local commercial property market for over 25 years, having been a partner at a Brighton based commercial agency practice until joining Oakley Commercial as a Director in 2013.

Steven is the Director of our Commercial Agency department and has wide ranging knowledge across the commercial sectors with particular expertise in development sites, land sales and the business space sector. Steven can advise on leasehold & freehold acquisitions /disposals, development appraisals, site assembly and land sales. Recent clients have included Shoreham Port Authority, East Sussex County Council, Lewes District Council, St Modwen, Qualifa, Legal and General Investment Management, Cross Stone and various private property companies and private individuals.

He is locally based having been born in Shoreham and is a keen sportsman and musician, and a lifelong Brighton & Hove Albion Supporter .
