Tim qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992, is a RICS Registered Valuer and has over 30 years’ experience practising in the Sussex property market. He joined the company in 1998 and now manages the day to day running of the business. He is also the Director in charge of the Valuation, Management and Lease Advisory departments. Tim specialises in the negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews, in relation to a wide variety of commercial property and is regularly appointed to act as Independent Expert or Arbitrator, when agreement cannot be reached between the landlord and tenant.
