Rupert is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, RICS registered valuer and member of RPSA with over 15 years as a practicing property professional within the South East Region. He recently joined the Oakley team, bringing extensive residential and commercial property expertise to the role.
Rupert's experience enables him to provide a broad range of residential and commercial valuation services. He conducts valuations in compliance with the 'Red Book' standards for various purposes including: development viability, loan security, pensions and tax. Rupert also provides commercial lease advisory and dispute resolution services, including lease renewal and rent review advice for both Landlords and for Tenants. In addition, Rupert specializes in residential leasehold enfranchisement and has acted frequently as expert witness in this context.
When not at the office, or out inspecting properties, Rupert can often be found at the local tennis clubs displaying a genuine enthusiasm for the game.
