She brings a background in Account and Relationship Management, as well as Office Management, having worked across a range of sectors over the years. Karen has always enjoyed being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, and she’s looking forward to bringing that same energy to Oakley.
Outside of work, Karen loves going to live music events, trying out new restaurants, especially the hidden gems, and spending time hiking through the beautiful Sussex countryside.
