James has worked in the property sector since 2009 and has recently been promoted to Head of Accounts Department. His time in this sector has been centred around freehold block management, working on residential, commercial and mixed-use portfolios for freeholders. James has a wealth of experience in all aspects of property accounting, incorporating the preparation & reporting of year-end service charge accounts, client accounting, financial reporting, project management and compliance.
In addition to and along-side his career in the property management industry he has carried out and overseen a number of property conversions and has an on-going interest in property investment as a landlord.
