With four years of experience in marketing and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Consumer Psychology from the University of Sussex, she has a strong foundation in understanding consumer behaviour and creating impactful campaigns. Fleur is dedicated to delivering innovative strategies that resonate with Oakley’s diverse clientele, supporting the company’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.

Outside of work, Fleur is a devoted Formula 1 fan, rarely missing a race or qualifying session. When she’s not following the action on the track, she enjoys hiking, camping, and foraging in the South Downs.
